FRANK ON FRIDAY – Farmer Mike

“If Old McBloomberg ran a farm e, i, e, i oh.”  All of us would be starving.  The recent ascedency of Michael Bloomberg as a Democratic candidate for president is puzzling.  The fact that he has risen to second place in national polling without yet having faced the voters is startling.  But maybe that’s the key.  So far, Bloomberg has avoided having to soil his hands by actually answering questions.  There are many questions that require answers, and from what I’ve seen of Michael Bloomberg, he doesn’t like to be pressed to answer tough questions.  Bloomberg has a lot of splaining to do because his past comments on a range of topics run afoul of just about every loony, liberal, left-wing, PC position held dear by today’s Democrat Party.  Bloomberg has been able to hide behind a phalanx of paid spokespersons, but that’s about to change.  He is scheduled to participate in a Democrat debate this week, the Democrat Party having changed its rules to accommodate Bloomberg, who already has spent more than $400 million on TV ads, more than all the other candidates combined.  One good question he should be asked is, “Are you now or have you ever been a Democrat?”  Reportedly, Bloomberg was a Democrat until 2001, when he ran for Mayor of New York as a Republican.  In 2007, he was an Independent.  In 2018, he was a Democrat once more.  This record proves Bloomberg isn’t Republican, Democrat or Independent, he’s just an opportunist, who assumes any political identity that helps him at the time.  Michael Bloomberg has just one virtue.  He is fabulously wealthy, and he is willing to spend billions to defeat Donald Trump.  And because of that, the Dems in the media at least, are willing to overlook some problematic facts.  Michael Bloomberg has a record of making comments that offend nearly all Democrat constituencies.  Bloomberg has claimed, “I could teach anybody in this room” to be a farmer.  It’s a process, you dig a hole, you put a seed in, you put dirt on it, add water, up comes the corn.” He also said working at a blue collar manufacturing job was a simple task, but that working in the modern information economy is “fundamentally different, because, “you have to have a lot more gray matter.”  Democrats claim to support “working Americans.”  This won’t help.  Many farmers are historically Democrats.  In the now-swing State of Minnesota, the Democrat Farm Labor Party is important to the Dems.  These comments won’t help.  Maybe Bloomberg can claim he was once a farmer too.

The Democrat Party depends on female voters.   Bloomberg’s company has repeatedly faced and fought allegations that he directed crude and sexist comments to women in his office, including a claim in the 1990’s that he told an employee who had just announced she was pregnant to “kill it.” (This actually might help him with Democrats).  At least two women were fired after reporting they were sexually assaulted by Bloomberg executives.  One of the many Bloomberg spokespersons explained, “Mike has come to see that some of what he has said is disrespectful and wrong.”  “He believes his words have not always aligned with his values and the way he has led his life.”  Good thing he’s now a Democrat.  That story doesn’t fly for Republicans.  It won’t help him with female voters.  Then there’s stop and frisk.  Bloomberg was all for it as Mayor, but now he’s apologized for it.  In a word, Bloomberg is a fraud.  The problem isn’t stop and frisk.  It’s Bloomberg’s conception of the program.  In 1968, the Supreme Court authorized what is now called stop and frisk.  It permits police to stop and question someone when there is a reasonable suspicion that the person is armed or is involved in some criminal activity.  Done right, the race or age of the individual is irrelevant, and stop and frisk is perfectly legal.  Bloomberg’s comments illustrate the wrong way to stop and frisk.  He talked of putting “all the cops” in minority neighborhoods “because that’s where all the crime is.”  He said you could take a description of murderers and their victims “Xerox it and pass it out to all the cops” because they all “fit one M.O.” (their race), and the way to stop young people from bringing guns out onto the street is to “throw them up against a wall and frisk ’em.”  This won’t help with minority voters.  He may have to send a check to Al Sharpton for an endorsement.  But how about the elderly.  Bloomberg has said, “If you show up with prostate cancer, you’re 95-years-old, we should say, ‘Go and enjoy.  Have a nice long life.’  There’s no cure and there’s nothing we can do.  If you’re a young person, we should do something about it.”  Can you say, “death panels?” Bloomberg’s only strength is also his greatest weakness in Democrat World.  He has a nasty habit of telling the truth. “You can have Medicare for all for people who are uncovered, but … to replace the entire private system where companies provide health care for their employees would bankrupt us for a very long time.”  That is indisputably true, but you can’t get elected by telling Democrats that free stuff isn’t free.  So far Bloomberg has escaped Democrats’ wrath, but that will change.  He’s capitalizing on the blind hatred of Donald Trump among Democrats.  They want someone to beat Trump, and don’t care who it is.  The other day, 64% of Democrats in Massachusetts said they would choose a meteor wiping out all life on Earth to a second Trump term.  They claim Trump favors dictators, but are willing to overlook Bloomberg’s claim that “Xi Jinping is not a dictator,” and the Bloomberg company’s refusal to report stories unfavorable to the Chinese Communist Party.  There’s just one problem.  Bernie Sanders’ wild-eyed supporters make up 20-25% of the Democrat electorate.  These are the people who marched in the Occupy Wall Street protests.  They hate people like billionaire Michael Bloomberg.  If they screw Crazy Bernie out of the nomination again, these nuts will not willingly vote for Farmer Mike.  Take away 10% of the Left-wing Whacko vote, 5% of the black vote, 5% of the Hispanic vote, and a bunch of Farm Labor voters, and the Dems are cooked in 2020.  Maybe Bloomberg will simply send all of them a nice check.  He may have to.

FRANK ON FRIDAY – Winners and Losers

The Democrats’ latest attempt to rid themselves of Donald Trump, this time by way of impeachment, went down last week with all flags flying.  Ordinarily, when your opponent sinks your battleship, the game is over.  Apparently, however, the Democrats have never played that game.  For more than three years now, they have been playing at something very different.  Games, you see, have rules, and the Democrats don’t want to be burdened by rules.  If what they were doing had rules, or if they cared about rules, they wouldn’t have corrupted the State Department, the Justice Department and the CIA.  They wouldn’t have destroyed the FBI’s reputation for integrity, a reputation that the FBI nurtured and guarded for the better part of a hundred years.  They wouldn’t have involved diplomats from allied nations in their attempted coup de etat, an act that undermined our foreign policy, destroyed our ability to trust our allies, and gave aid and comfort to our enemies.  They wouldn’t have compromised trust in the judiciary by submitting false affidavits to the FISA Court.  And they wouldn’t have ignored all semblance of fundamental fairness, due process, and the Constitution itself, all in a vain attempt to harpoon their great white whale, Donald Trump.  In the end, the Democrats went the way of Captain Ahab, and their prey simply swam away, once again stronger than ever before.  Although I just said, “In the end,” we know it’s not the end.  No matter how many times the Democrats get that anvil dropped on their heads, they just keep coming back for more.

The impeachment farce was just their latest misadventure.  They’ve already moved on to their next imagined outrage – demanding investigations of whether Trump influenced Attorney General Barr to reduce the sentencing recommendation for Roger Stone from the nine years the Mueller Special Counsel hitmen said they wanted.  He didn’t.  What the Dems don’t appreciate is that Attorney General Barr actually understands that the mission of the Justice Department is to do justice, and not just to punish anyone who dared to assist Donald Trump in the past, and to deter others from working for him in the future.  Anyhow, at this point in our proceedings, as the Democrat presidential field tries to figure out where to go now, after Iowa and New Hampshire, we should explore the winners and losers of the impeachment fiasco. The obvious winner, of course, is President Trump.  My grandmother used to say that, every time my grandfather said he was going to die, he just put down another root.  That’s the way it is for the President.  His enemies keep predicting his imminent demise, they fail to get him, and it just makes him stronger.  When they started their impeachment inquiry, Trump’s approval rating was under 40%.  Now he’s up 10 percentage points, to around 50%.  Trump was elected in 2016 with a 37% approval rating.  Good job, guys.  The acquittal also was a win for every American who understands that it is we who get to decide who our president will be, not Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff (for brains).  On that note, on to the losers.  Adam Schiff was neither respected nor trusted by his colleagues before impeachment.  Now that he has been publicly exposed as the judge, jury and executioner of a kangaroo court, and as an out-and-out baldfaced liar, Schiff’s name truly has become Mudd. (yes, with 2 d’s –  you can look it up).  I’d like to say that the stature of Jerry Nadler also has been diminished.  However, Nadler had precious little stature to begin with, so it’s hard to tell.  Also winding up as losers are the 30 House Democrats, elected in 2018 in districts President Trump won in 2016.  They all replaced Republicans by promising to go to Washington to do the work of the people, and to work with the Administration to solve problems.  Instead, Nancy Pelosi forced them to walk the plank by voting to impeach the President, while getting absolutely nothing of value done.

Their leap of faith will come back to bite them in November, giving Republicans a chance to win back the House if they can turn 20 of those districts back to Red.  And now we come to the biggest loser, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, or as she has become known after the State of the Union speech, Nan the Ripper.  Nancy knew impeachment was a loser for her Party.  She said so.  She tried to stop the Mad Bombers in her Party from doing what she knew was wrong.  She failed.  In the end, she lit the fuse on the bomb that blew up in the Democrats’ faces.  Trump emerged as a president armed with real accomplishments, prosperity and peace.  The Democrats emerged as, well – stooges.  Whoo, whoo, whoo, wiseguys!

By sitting there, mumbling to herself, tearing up an official document of the United States of America, and dismissing the President’s indisputably truthful statements as lies, the Ripper diminished herself, her office and the Congress.  She proved herself, petty, petulant, and at 80, long past retirement.  Yes, Pelosi is the biggest loser, but losing her for good would be a big win for America.  It is high time that our Legislature moves on from the constant drumbeat of impeachment and devotes itself to such mundane problems as immigration, our $22 trillion debt, public health and national security.  You know, all those neat things the Framers put into Article I of the Constitution.  It is high time that our elected and appointed public officials stop trying to overthrow the government and start running the damn government.  Simply put, it is high time that we get the the benefit of the bloated Federal government that we are paying for, instead of a gang of Looney Tunes characters who are constantly chasing themselves.  So repeat after me …

FRANK ON FRIDAY – La Comedia e’ Finita

On Wednesday the Senate finally brought the impeachment farce to its expected and deserved end, acquitting President Trump of the phony articles of impeachment.  Once the senators voted to proceed without calling witnesses who would add absolutely nothing to the case, the proceedings were delayed until the inevitable final vote.  But not before Adam Schiff (for brains) made one last nonsensical appeal for conviction.  Schiff’s comic opera final argument mirrored the insulting performance the Democrats have been putting on throughout this shameful fiasco.  He lied, begged, lied some more, and threatened the senators he was supposed to convince with evidence he never had.  He spewed that the argument that impeachable acts had be criminal was flawed because “this argument would allow that he could not be impeached for such abuses of power.  Of course, this would be absurd.  More than absurd, it would be dangerous.”  Schiff laughably continued, “But there is more.  Truth matters.  Right matters — but so does decency.  Decency matters.”  Really?  What in the world does Adam Schiff know about truth, right or decency?  Schiff called the President “a man without character or ethical compass,” and accused Attorney General William Barr of covering up for him.  Schiff warned that Trump would “continue trying to cheat in the election” if left in office.  And he warned the Senate: “What shall you say if Russia again interferes in our election and Donald Trump does nothing but celebrate the efforts?”  He threatened that “history will not be kind to Donald Trump,” and promised any senators who did not vote to remove him “your name will be tied to his with a cord of steel and for all of history.”  Whew!  Then Schiff really went nuts, suggesting that voting to acquit Trump could open the door to Trump “offer[ing] Alaska to the Russians in exchange for support in the next election” or appointing son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner “to run the country, delegating to him the decision whether they go to war.”  So if you follow the twisted Democrat bouncing ball, Trump was courting Russia by giving Russia’s enemy Ukraine weapons they can use against Russia.  And even a phone call to Ukraine is really about Russia, because everything that’s wrong in America is because of Russia.  That’s crazy right?  Not to the leftist imbeciles of the media.  They were captivated by the Schiff storm.  Rachel Maddow tweeted, “Schiff’s closing argument in the Trump impeachment trial was one for the ages.  Would not surprise me if it’s taught someday as the seminal opposition speech from this era in presidential (and Republican party) history.”  This was too much for Guardian journalist Glenn Greenwald.  He replied, “Schiff probably is going to be carved into Mt. Rushmore, & his speech will replace both the Bible & the Constitution as the principal text studied by scholars, students and aspiring gurus.  I’m gathering a group to saw off Lincoln’s head from the Memorial & replace it with his.”  The Mount Rushmore idea is a good one.  I think Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi and Schumer all should be on Mount Rushmore.  I can see it now – Mount Liemore –

Schiff is the third big ass from the left.  And his speech will become one of the most memorable political speeches in our history.  Right up there with Dr. Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream speech.  I can hear it now.  Listen my children, it’s Adam Schiff’s I Have to Lie speech:  “Yes senators, I have to lie today … I have to lie so that people who only watch CNN and MSNBC will never learn of the accomplishments of Donald Trump.  I have to lie to avoid confronting the facts that more people are working today, are earning more money and keeping more of what they earn, are happier, and even are living longer.  I have to lie to slander the President, to undermine his ability to conduct foreign policy and to carry out the duties of his office, because Hillary was supposed to win.  And I have to lie about what the President said and did, even though we have a transcript of what he said, and overwhelming evidence that he did nothing wrong.  I have to lie to give Democrats a chance to destroy the hopes of Americans who, after so many years of despair, have finally gotten the weight of the government off their backs and are experiencing freedom.  So if America is to be a great nation, we must let Bullschiff ring.  So let Bullschiff ring from the human feces covered streets of San Francisco.  Let Bullschiff ring from the liberal hills of Hollywood.  Let Bullschiff ring from New York City and Chicago.  Yes, let Bullschiff ring, and when we allow Bullschiff to ring – when we let it ring only from the 487 counties Hillary won in 2016, but not the 2,626 counties won by Trump, because all his voters are deplorable rubes; every lying, cheating, delusional Democrat will be able to join hands and sing from that old-time Democrat spiritual, “Back in power, back in power, we lied about everything, and we’re back in power.  Can I get an Amen brothers, sisters- and those of you are aren’t quite sure?”  Yeah, that’ll happen.  Anyhow, to tie this back into the title of this work, “La comedia e’ finita.”  The comedy is finished.  Ruggero Leoncavallo wrote that line to end his opera, Pagilacci, in 1892.  The difference is that what Leoncavallo wrote was art.  What Schiff (for brains) is peddling is pure Bullschiff.  So the President is acquitted, and he’s not about to sell Alaska to the Russians.  I wonder what they’d give us for California though?  No.  On second thought, we’d probably owe them.

FRANK ON FRIDAY – Mutiny on the 7th Floor

The Democrats, who now that I think about it, lie about everything, will tell you that President Trump must be impeached for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.  Of course, they’re lying.  It’s not about the President’s legitimate exercise of his executive authority, which isn’t an impeachable act.  It’s not about the President’s refusal to abdicate his duty by permitting the Legislative Branch to violate the separation of powers, which also isn’t impeachable.  It’s not about a phone call, or Ukraine, or aid money, or the delay of it, or quid or quo or pro.  At the end of the day, it’s not even really about Joe Biden and Son’s crooked deals.  It’s a mutiny.  Not a mutiny on the Bounty, or on some other ship.  It’s a mutiny on the 7th Floor of the State Department.  The 7th Floor of the Department of State houses the top level bureaucratic swamp creatures, also known as the Deep State, or the Shadow State, or as they were known during the Obama/Hillary days, “the Elite.”  They actually are just one branch of the Deep State, another existing in the Intelligence community (more about that later).  The 7th Floor dwellers are career diplomats who stay in office decade after decade, watching presidents come and go.  These are the creatures who are under the impression that it is they, and not the President, who decide on America’s foreign policy.  They are holdovers from Administrations past who exist to frustrate the new Administration.  Why not just get rid of these obstructive folks?  President Trump tried.  Remember Secretary of State Rex Tillerson? Less than a month into the Trump Administration, Tillerson fired most of Hillary’s rogue Shadow Government. The Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources and the Counselor officers, all were fired.  This is the crew that purged the Department of all the documents linking Hillary to the Benghazi scandal.  Problem was Tillerson didn’t get them all.  And it was the remnants of the 7th Floor Elites who prepared “talking points” for President Trump to follow during his call to Ukrainian President Zelinsky.  And these are the people who were shocked, shocked, when President Trump didn’t do what he was told.  The nerve of Trump, huh?  Who does he think he is?  After all, they’re the experts, and he’s just a lowly president.  Plus, what’s all this crap about investigating Washington politicians who sell their offices to foreigners so their relatives can get paid for doing nothing?  Why, that’s American as apple pie.  Trump wants to close that piggy bank?  Not on our watch (which never ends).  To paraphrase Paddy Chayefsky’s Network, “You have meddled with the primal forces of nature Mr. Trump, and now you must atone!”  Donald Trump wouldn’t play ball, so he had to go.  The Ukraine call wasn’t the last straw, it was just the latest straw.  The Deep State began trying to keep Trump from being elected in 2015.  They’ve been trying to impeach Trump since January 2017.  How have they tried to screw Trump?  Let me count the ways.  They recruited Ukranian help to get dirt on Paul Manafort.  They used Brits, Russians, Italians, Australians, Maltese and other foreigners to set up George Papadopolous and Carter Page, smearing Trump in the phony Russian collusion scam.  They used the FBI and CIA to corrupt the FISA court and to frame General Flynn.  Then there were Michael Cohen, and Avennatti, and strippers.  And let’s not forget Bob Mueller.  None of that worked, so on to Ukraine.  One of the most active participants in the “get rid of Trump” campaign just happens to be Eric Ciaramella, the so-called “whistleblower,” who started the whole “Trump’s Ukraine call was impeachable” bullshit.  Eric Ciaramella is a CIA analyst and former National Security Council staffer.  Ciaramella has multiple connections to election interference by Ukraine in 2016.  He has close ties to Alexandria Chalupa, who led Ukrainian efforts to help Hillary in 2016. Ciaramella was with Vice President Joe Biden on trips to Ukraine.  Two aides to Adam Schiff (for brains), Abigail Grace and Sean Misko, worked with Ciaramella in the White House.  Small world right?  I guess it’s just a coincidence that Ciaramella wound up at the center of the Ukraine phone call flap.  Uh huh.  Ciaramella worked for Susan Rice, who unmasked dozens of American citizens so that they could be illegally spied on, and who wrote a transparent CYA Memo on January 20, 2017, to cover Il Duce Obama’s bony ass (The President told us, “Do it by the book”).  Just a coincidence.  He also worked closely with Joe Biden.  Just a coincidence. Barely two weeks after Donald Trump took office, Ciaramella, then working at the White House, was overheard discussing with another staffer how to remove the newly elected president from office.  Just a coincidence. Then in May 2017, Ciaramella went “outside his chain of command,” to send an email alerting another agency that Trump happened to hold a meeting with Russian diplomats in the Oval Office the day after firing Comey, and disclosed that Russian President Vladimir Putin had phoned the President a week earlier.  That led to Ciaramella’s transfer from the White House, back to CIA headquarters.  When he was disclosed as the whistleblower, Ciaramella hired attorney Mark Zaid.  In July 2017, Zaid predicted a “coup” against President Trump and promised to “get rid of him” — saying in a statement that his tweets referred to “a completely lawful process.” Zaid tweeted, “We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters.”  Again, just a coincidence, right?  Highly unlikely.  The impeachment trial now ongoing is just the latest salvo in the “remove Trump” campaign.  Schiff and his aides Grace and Misko are connected to Ciaramella.  That’s why Schiff wouldn’t let Ciaramella testify.  And that’s why Schiff refused to answer questions about the Ciaramella-Misko connection at the trial.  Ciaramella discussed getting rid of Trump with them 2 years ago.  So none of what’s going on now is coincidental.   It’s a mutiny and a coup de etat.  These bastards will stop at nothing.

FRANK ON FRIDAY – Telling Schiff from Shinola

The impeachment trial of President Trump began on January 21st.  As this is written, after the first 12 hours of proceedings, there is in the air what Tennessee Williams would call “a powerful and obnoxious odor.”  They say that a picture is worth a thousand words.  This picture neatly summarizes the substance of the Democrat arguments in the Senate.   Surprising no one, the most obnoxious offender was Adam Schiff (for brains).  When reviewing the words of Schiff, it is necessary to separate what he says from what actually happened.  Again one picture says it best –

That’s right, you need to tell the shit from Shinola.  Giving the delusional bastard his due, it must be noted that Schiff acts like he really believes the crap he says.  More’s the pity.  Schiff told the Senate the evidence against the president is overwhelming.  He then told them that, unless the Senate lets him go out and look for more evidence to prove his case, the trial is unfair.  Schiff also lied (again) about the so-called new evidence.  That great legal scholar Jerry Nadler actually warned that unless Democrats are permitted to seek out more evidence to win their “overwhelming and undisputed case” the Senators would be guilty of a coverup.  Put aside for a moment the fact that reopening the investigation during the trial is absolutely unconstitutional, and ask yourself this question.  In a sane world where logic prevails, why would a prosecutor with an overwhelming case need to look for any more evidence?  The case should have been dismissed right there, but this farce went on from 1 p.m. till after midnight, with needless procedural vote after needless procedural vote.  The Senate rules for the trial provided the Democrats 2 days to argue their case.  Mitch McConnell further accommodated the Dems by giving them an additional day to show the Senate what they’ve got.  Then, after the President’s counsel presents the defense, there will be a vote on whether to hear from witnesses.  In other words, the detestable Chuck Schumer didn’t have to waste 10 hours attempting to get permission to subpoena witnesses and documents that the House of Representatives neglected to pursue.  The rules were sensible.  Now, for my money, the House should be limited to arguing its case based solely on what is included in the four corners of the impeachment articles they brought.  In other words, their case should be limited to the evidence they relied on in voting the articles.  This is in accordance with due process of law.  You shouldn’t be dragged into court on one set of evidence, and then be required to defend against something else.  But McConnell gave Democrats more leeway.  To appease the shaky or downright mutinous Republican Senators (Romney, Collins, Murkowski, Gardner), he has allowed a vote on witnesses.  Schumer couldn’t wait, however, because what’s going on in the Senate is not really a trial.  It’s a show.  And given the performers involved, it’s a Schumer-Schiff show.  They know they can’t prove their case because they have no case, and it’s not really about proving anything, it’s about inflicting as much damage on the President as possible to weaken him in the upcoming election.  The monumental hypocrisy of Chuck Schumer is no better exposed than in reviewing his remarks at the 1999 Clinton impeachment trial.  Keep in mind that Bill Clinton was implicated in 11 criminal violations, and that the House has alleged no violation of any law by President Trump.  Here’s what Chucky said in 1999.  “We stand at the brink of removing a president – not because of a popular groundswell to remove him and not because of the the magnitude of the wrongs he’s committed – but because (of) … a small group of people who hate [him] and hate his policies.”  “If you had asked me one year ago if people like this with such obvious political motives could use our courts, play the media and tantalize the legislative branch to achieve their ends of bringing down the president, I would have said ‘not a chance – that doesn’t happen in America.'”  “It seems we have lost the ability to forcefully advocate for our position without trying to criminalize or at least dishonor our adversaries.”  “If the cycle of political recrimination and the scandalizing continues, the American people will become more alienated and cynical and shaken by the political process and they too, will lose faith in the great instrument the Founding Fathers have given us.”  “Let’s shake hands and say we are now going to forego bringing down people for political gain.”  Everything Chuck Schumer said and predicted in 1999 has come to pass.  If he had one ounce of integrity, or even the slightest degree of intellectual honesty, he wouldn’t be doing what he’s doing now.  He doesn’t.  The Democrats have no choice but to keep telling their lies.  Have you seen their 2020 presidential candidates?  It’s all they’ve got.  What they say doesn’t have to be true.  It doesn’t even have to make sense legally.  They want to call witnesses and demand documents subject to executive privilege.  Schiff argued that the President really didn’t raise executive privilege during the House investigation.  What really happened is that the House withdrew the subpoenas and decided not to contest privilege in the courts.  The Dems actually told the Senate, and the Chief Justice of the United States that the courts have no place in the process.  Bull Schiff!  If a House subpoena can be challenged on grounds of privilege, a Senate subpoena can be challenged on the same ground.  In other words, the Senate cannot compel John Bolton or the President’s chief of staff to testify anymore than the House could.  The Dems know it.  They just what to make it appear that the President is hiding something.  It’s a sham, and the Senate shouldn’t stand for it.  My advice is, the Senate should politely hear everything the Democrats have to say, and then ask Schiff what a Superior Court Judge once asked one of my adversaries, “Yeah, but that’s bullshit, right?”  Case dismissed!
