Now within three months of the presidential election, the Democrats, those self-avowed champions and protectors of democracy, have settled on Kackling Kamala Harris as their candidate.

In order to demonstrate their steadfast devotion to democracy, the Dems have shoved aside Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden, thereby cancelling the votes of the more than 14 million people who voted for him in the primaries.  The Dems quickly repaired this assault on democracy by holding a private “virtual roll call vote” online to install Kamala as their new standard bearer.  That was fine though, because, after privately anointing Kamala, they publicly announced that Kamala had “earned” the nomination.

The Hollywood contingent of the Party then went to work.  They began by erasing the fact that, about three months ago, leading Democrats, including many Hollywood A-list A-holes, wanted Kamala removed from the ticket, because her ineptitude was dragging Biden down.

Accordingly, Kamala is now, according to the Democrat Spin (a/k/a lie) Machine, the second coming of Il Duce Obama.  The bullshit is so pervasive, that even Kamala is beginning to believe it.  In her limited public statements, almost all of which were at one rally, Kamala is talking tough about what she’ll do to Donald Trump.

In order to maintain the illusion that Kamala is competent, she hasn’t answered one question from the media, not even from one of her fawning lap dogs.  The only thing she’s made clear is that she won’t debate Trump on Fox News.  I wonder why?

This week, Kamala chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate.  It was expected that Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro would be the choice, but it turned out he was too articulate, too ambitious, and too Jewish for the Hamas wing of the Democrat Party.

The media dutifully went about the cleansing of Walz’s record, declaring Walz to be a moderate Midwesterner.  Nothing could be further from the truth, as Walz is the most extreme leftist Governor in the nation.  As Kamala is the most extreme leftist Senator in the nation, she and Walz seem to be made for each other.  Members of the Squad hailed the Walz choice.  I rest my case.

Walz and Kamala are in agreement on every issue.  He supports unlimited illegal immigration, and higher taxes to fund illegal immigrant housing, education and medical benefits.  In 2020, Walz let Black Lives Matter burn down Minneapolis, to express his dedication to DEI, actually saying that the presence of law enforcement would cause more violence.

And Walz is in favor of every nutty green, climate change, and gender proposal, including installing tampon dispensers in elementary school Boy’s Rooms.  Walz also is a fascist, as he proved during the Wuhan lockdowns, when he sponsored a “rat out your neighbor” hotline to jail citizens who dared walk their dogs or visit a friend.  Simply put, he’s nuts.  So, Harris and Walz -Perfect Together.

But because the Harris-Walz campaign is nothing more than a Hollywood production, the American public will hear little of the truth, which will be skillfully camouflaged, or is it Kamalaflaged?  The substance will never be seen, as only the cheerful facade will be visible.

It occurred to me that the Harris-Walz campaign is a modern day Potemkin Village.  Grigory Potemkin was a Russian nobleman, who was one of the many lovers of Empress Catherine the Great.  In 1783, Potemkin led the Russian Army’s invasion and conquest of Crimea. (Some things never change).

Potemkin boasted about having turned Crimea into a thriving part of Russia, which was far from the truth.  When Empress Catherine wanted to tour her new paradise, Potemkin reportedly constructed pasteboard facades, and imported cheering peasants to wave as Catherine’s boat passed by.

The phrase “Potemkin village” has endured and is used to describe a situation in which an undesirable reality is hidden behind an impressive facade designed to deceive observers into thinking the reality is better than it actually is.  What better description could there be for the dishonest facade that has been constructed over the Harris-Walz campaign?

The Democrats can’t tell you the truth for two reasons.  First, the truth belies the notion that the Democrat ticket is in the political mainstream, or as Nancy Pelosi laughingly claimed this week, “right down the middle.”  She didn’t explain the middle of what?

It was one thing when the media sold us Joe Biden as a supposed moderate.  Biden was around for a hundred years, and he had survived by supporting, or at least pretending to be in favor of whatever position was in vogue at the time.  Kamala (or is it Scamala?), has never been on the conservative side of any issue.

She supported the end of oil and gas production, a ban on fracking, an end to private medical insurance, unlimited abortion, unlimited illegal immigration, racial reparations, and a guaranteed income.  In 2017, she exhorted supporters to “stay Woke.”  As President Trump has observed, “Everything Woke turns to shit.”  Take a look at California.  He was right.  While Tim Walz was permitting BLM to commit arson, murder and theft, Kamala was raising $40 million to bail out the arsonists, murderers and thieves.  Harris-Walz truly is a marriage made in Hell.

Since her “nomination” Kamala (or is it Khameleon?) has attempted to walk back many of these positions.  In light of her flip-flops, and her unfortunate tendency to descend into word salad whenever she speaks, Democrats are shielding Kamala from the media, the public, and from debates.  She’s joining Biden in the basement.

The problem is, she can run, but try as they may, they can’t hide her forever.

Creating a Potemkin Village is all well and good, but, at the end of the day, the inescapable conclusion will be that Kamala is the Potemkin Village idiot.

The Paris Olympics began last Friday with incomprehensible opening ceremonies that featured a masked phantom running over rooftops, the severed head of Marie Antoinette floating in the Seine, a drag queen torchbearer, and a drag queen depiction of the Last Supper.

The Olympic motto used to be “Citius, Altius, Fortius.”  “Faster, Higher, Stronger.”  In 2021, the IOC changed it to “Citius, Altius, Fortius – Communiter .”  “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together.”  This latest spectacle may require a further amendment – “Citius, Altius, Fortius, Perversus.”

The start of the Olympics motivated New York Post columnist Michael Goodwin to compare the media’s outpouring of adulation for Kamala Harris to the Olympic event, synchronized swimming.  That was good, but I thought synchronized diving was more apt, as the media, as one, leapt off the platform, did a series of twists and turns, and entered the deep water harmonizing Kamala’s praises.

On reflection, even the diving analogy isn’t quite right.  What we’re dealing with is Olympic level synchronized lying.  For instance, last week the Harris campaign told the lap dog media that she never was named Biden’s Border Czar.  The synchronized lying team immediately went into action, denying that Kackala was ever given such a task.  The fact that everything is preserved on the internet in word, photo and video did not deter the lying media.  As I’ve said before, when history consists only of that which Google spits out, and they can alter the results of searches, any shit can be peddled for the truth.

For the record, here’s the BBC  report of March 21, 2021, “Announcing Ms. Harris’s appointment as his immigration czar, Mr Biden told reporters and officials at the White House: ‘She’s the most qualified person to do it …'”  Here’s what it looked like –Then again, with the masks, maybe it really wasn’t Kamala.

And this is from NBC News no less (and there is no less) – “President Joe Biden tapped Kamala Harris to tackle the daunting issue of immigration in March 2021, but the vice president’s public-facing work on addressing the root causes of migration largely evaporated within months …” “When Harris became Biden’s “border czar,” as critics called her, the administration was under pressure from both sides to address the rising number of migrants — particularly unaccompanied children — crossing the border and landing in poor conditions in U.S. custody.  On March 24, 2021, Biden took the stage at the White House and seemed to hand the keys on the issue over to his vice president.”

There seems little doubt that Kamala was put in charge of the border problems.  But as obsessed with proper gendering as are the Democrats, maybe it’s just the title they object to.  How about Border Czarina?  It matters not.  Whatever you choose to call her, Kamala’s efforts failed.

In pursuit of “the root causes of mass migration” she made one trip to Mexico and Guatemala in June 2021.  She attacked the “root causes” by handing out $9.3 billion of your money.  There followed the entry of some 10 million illegal aliens, including criminals, the insane and terrorists, and Homeland Security admits that more than 85,000 children are “missing” in the United States.

In truth, it’s really not altogether fair to blame Kamala for not stopping migration as Border Czar, because she carried out Biden’s policy perfectly.  Democrat policy was and is to have no borders, and to overwhelm America with invaders.  So I don’t fault Kamala for failing to change the policy, I fault her for carrying out a policy with which she agrees.

The border disaster wasn’t a mistake or an oversight, it was the Democrat plan to overrun the country with illegals.  Kamala is on record favoring free Medicare for all illegals.  This is bound to collapse the system.  Democrats recoil at calling illegal aliens “invaders,” but wars have started over less.

The Declaration of Independence contains a long list of outrages committed on the Colonies by Fat King George.  One example is, “He has sent hither Swarms of officials to harass our People, and eat out their Substance.”  Replace “Officials” with “Migrants” and the actions of Mad King Joe and Queen Kamala are no less outrageous.

The border disaster is just one of the many challenges for the Kamala synchronized lying team to tackle.  To name a few, Kamala covered up Biden’s dementia, she’s was named the only Senator more liberal than Bernie Sanders,  she’s pro-Hamas and anti-Israel, she’s raising money for a BLM rioters’ bail fund, she will continue Biden’s ruinous energy policy, she opposes the Second Amendment, she wants to raise taxes, she’s impossible to work with (more than 90% of her staff has quit), if she can’t read a Teleprompter she’s a horrible public speaker, she compared ICE agents to the KKK, she wants to outlaw private medical insurance, oh and one more thing – she’s just plain dumb.

Can you picture Kamala on the world stage, dealing with Putin, Xi, and the mullahs in Iran?  Here’s her take on the Russia-Ukraine war, “So Ukraine is a country in Europe.  It exists next to another country called Russia.  Russia is a bigger country.  Russia is a powerful country.  Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine.  So, basically, that’s wrong.”  Nothing gets past her, huh?

As Ricky Ricardo might say to the Kamala media choir,             “Leftists, you got a lotta lyin’ to do.”  In hindsight, maybe the synchronized lying team by itself won’t be enough.  As I wrote two weeks ago, the Kamala campaign is no more than a Hollywood production.

In this production, the media plays the part of the Greek Chorus.  The chorus was featured in ancient Greek plays, fittingly mostly tragedies.  It consisted of a group of 12 to 50 players who spoke or sang their lines in unison, wore masks, and functioned as one actor rather than a large group of many performers.  The chorus acted as a guiding voice to the audience, cluing them in on plot shifts.

The Greek Chorus description perfectly fits the shameless actions of a media seeking to obscure Kamala’s past image and create a new, fictitious image.  Though they are many, they speak with one voice, while wearing masks that disguise them as legitimate journalists.  Here’s the CNN Chorus –

But Hollywood is more comfortable with modern productions. So how about the tried and true Star Wars Jedi mind trick?  “This is not the Kamala you are looking for.  This Kamala isn’t weird, she’s moderate.  Trump and Vance are weird.”

Who knows, the trick only works on the simpleminded, so it could get her elected.

There was a time when, even in an election year, the Summer months were the quiet time for politics.  Not this year.  It’s still only July and things have been anything but quiet.  On July 13, a would-be assassin came within a quarter inch of killing Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.  Four people were shot and one was killed.

That would have been bad enough, had it not come to light that the shooting occurred only because the Secret Service failed to secure the most obvious rooftop in the area of the Trump rally, from which the shooter fired 8 shots.  The Secret Service says it was short-handed.  Local police assigned to the roof stayed inside because “it was too hot.”  Although the shooter was identified as a threat at least 20 minutes before he fired his rifle, he wasn’t detained, and no one, except hundreds of rally attendees who notified police of a man with a rifle, took any action, till it was too late.

On top of that, it seems requests for more security for Trump were repeatedly rejected by Biden’s Department of Homeland Security.  After he was shot, the Secret Service agreed to increase security, but they’re advising Trump not to hold outdoor rallies.  Good luck with that.  On Tuesday, Dr. Jill Biden’s handpicked Director of the Secret Service resigned.  That same day, Dr. Jill and her Secret Service detail departed for the Paris Olympics.

On July 21, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden finally surrendered to the inevitable, and announced, by means of a social media post, which surprised his own staff, that he will not run for reelection.  I’ve been telling you that since last year.  Old Joe had been stubborn, declaring that he would quit only if the Lord Almighty told him to go.

In the end, it wasn’t the Lord Almighty, but the God Almighty Dollar that caused Joe to fold.  Democrat mega-donors shut off the money to all Democrats.  A Democrat deprived of the ability to spend someone else’s money is the functional equivalent of the Wrath of God.  Then a delegation of Chicago-style politicians visited Joe in Delaware.  They obviously made him an offer he couldn’t refuse (or showed the evidence they would leak) and Joe bowed out.

This put me in mind of a song recorded by Frank Sinatra, entitled Don’t Cry Joe.  The Biden edition would go like this –

Biden’s decision not to run was the latest such announcement in American history.  In 1968, LBJ made his announcement on March 31.  Chaos ensued at the Chicago convention.    Democrats lost that election.

The nearest parallel is 1920.  Woodrow Wilson had a massive stroke on October 1, 1919.  His wife Edith kept Wilson hidden in the White House, his supporters claimed that Wilson was “in fine shape,” and Edith convinced Wilson he could be renominated in 1920.  Sound familiar?

Democrats went to their convention in late June, without any official announcement that Wilson was dropping out.  It took Democrats 44 ballots to nominate James Cox on July 6.  Democrats lost that election.

Anyhow, Joe endorsed Kackling Kamala Harris.  The Clintons immediately jumped onboard the Kamala train, but Il Duce Obama, Schumer and Jeffries held back.  On Monday, Kamala announced she was going “to work to get the nomination.”  What work?  She called some delegates.  The donors turned the money spigot back on, and by Tuesday it was announced that Kamala “had earned” enough delegates to be nominated.  This was progress for a progressive who “earned” exactly zero delegates when she was a candidate.

At that, Schumer and Jeffries endorsed the Kackler.  The Detestable Chuck Schumer pontificated, “Now that the process has played out from the grassroots, bottom up, we throw our support to Kamala Harris.”

This was rank bullshit, even for Schumer.  What process?  Democrats like to say “bottom up, middle out” as though those words have any meaning.  Kamala earned nothing from the “bottom up,” which implies some connection to real voters.  She got on a telephone with the most influential Democrat politicians and donors and sold herself to them.  Maybe, when Schumer said “bottom up,” he meant Democrats pulled Kamala out of their asses because there was no other alternative.

There has followed an outpouring of media adulation for Kamala which, even for shameless left wing media hacks, has been revolting.  The woman who, last Monday, was less popular than Biden, the woman who has inflicted on America numerous instances of simple-minded word salad, the woman who was put in charge of a border that was then erased, the woman who always appears to be in jeopardy of death, should an original thought ever cross her mind, was transformed into the second coming of Daniel Webster, FDR, and Mother Teresa.

The media may be getting that old Obama thrill down its leg, but all is not as rosy as they make it appear.  There’s dissension in the ranks.  Senator John Tester of Montana, facing a tough reelection battle, says Kamala is not “a done deal.”  Maybe he means, with her on the ticket, he’s done.  In addition, Il Duce Obama is conspicuously absent from the league of Kamala endorsers.  Rumor has it that he doesn’t think she can win.  The convention is in Chicago, Kamala, so watch your back.

And get this one.  Black Lives Matter, a racist organization run by avowed Marxists, has denounced the Kamala coronation, and has demanded a primary to “protect democracy.”  The fact that a group whose announced purpose is to destroy our form of government is seeking to “protect democracy” proves that Democrat warnings that “democracy is on the ballot” are just so much leftist happy horseshit.

The truth is, despite the praise they’re heaping on Kamala, she has a lot of work to do.  As this is written, she trails Trump in every swing State:  -6% in Arizona; -7% in Georgia; -9% in Nevada; and -2% in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.  So far, Kamala has “earned” nothing.  She’s simply been promoted for her chronic and habitual lying to the American people about Joe Biden’s obvious dementia.

The Democrat convention is about three weeks away.  How they will handle compliance with State ballot laws that require the nominations to be done before August remains unclear.  What will happen when they get to Chicago on August 19 is equally uncertain.  I’m sure BLM will be heard from.  Don’t you just love the Summertime lull?

As William Shakespeare wrote in As You Like It, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women only players.”  That observation clearly applies to our current political situation.  As this is written, it’s become nearly certain that Joe Biden will be removed from the ticket.  That’s because word has come down from the true authority that’s in control of the Democrat Party – Hollywood.

After the June 27 debate, actor George Clooney, with the approval of Il Duce Obama, had a letter published in The New York Times, calling for Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden to be removed from the presidential ticket.

Clooney is a big fundraiser for the Democrat party.  About two weeks before last month’s debate, Clooney co-hosted a Los Angeles fundraiser for the Biden campaign that raised $30 million — breaking the record for the Democratic Party’s largest fundraising event.

But after wringing $30 million from a group of ignorant leftist A-holes such as himself, Clooney decided we need a new nominee, because the president he saw at a fundraiser in June “was the same man we all witnessed at the debate.”

After professing his love for Joe Biden, Clooney admitted that the Biden he was with last month was not the Joe Biden of 2010 or “even the Joe Biden of 2020.” Clooney further admitted that, faced with the prospect of a second  Trump presidency, the Democrat party has “opted to ignore every warning sign.”  Clooney admonished, “our party leaders need to stop telling us that 51 million people didn’t see what we just saw,” at the debate.

Clooney explained that his sudden reversal was “about age. Nothing more.  But also nothing that can be reversed,”  adding, “We are not going to win in November with this president.”

As with every other lying phony leftist, Clooney pretended that Sleepy Joe’s mental condition was “new and upsetting information.”  Clooney wasn’t finished.  After hitting Biden with the shovel, he decided to bury his body, but in so doing, Clooney spilled the secret most thinking people already knew.  “This isn’t only my opinion; this is the opinion of every senator and congress member and governor that I’ve spoken with in private.  Every single one, irrespective of what he or she is saying publicly.  We can put our heads in the sand and pray for a miracle in November, or we can speak the truth[now that our lies have been exposed].

The letter immediately sparked what could be called the Hollywood Sidestep, with media talking head after talking head mouthing the same scripted line- “Biden should step aside.”

An even more repulsive Hollywood A-hole, “Meathead” Rob Reiner, was more blunt, writing that Clooney had “clearly expressed what many of us have been saying. … We need someone younger to fight back.  Joe Biden must step aside.”  Reiner warned, “It’s time to stop fucking around.”

The Clooney letter and its aftermath proved that the farce that has been the Biden presidency has been nothing more than a show, produced by deluded leftists, some of whom actually believe that it’s actors and so-called celebrities who know what’s best for America.

Clooney’s letter release was just another Hollywood production.  It was published at the behest of Producer-Director Il Duce Obama, who had final script approval.  George Clooney was the star of the show, chosen by the Producer as the actor who might convince Joe Biden that it’s time to go.  He was the perfect Hollywood choice for the job.  After all, Clooney played a president of the United States in a Spy Kids movie.  For Hollywood, that’s the only qualification necessary.  It put me in mind of the scene from Animal House, “You better listen to him, he’s pre-med.”

Joe Biden won’t listen to Clooney, though.  I can’t understand why not.  He must know that he’s really just the person they cast in 2020 to pretend to be the President.  Biden played his part well enough for a while, but he has become unpopular. He was chosen because he could beat Trump, and now that it appears he can’t perform that role, the role must be recast.   After all, in Showbiz, it’s all about the ratings.  When the box office turns against the actor, the actor is out.

I remembered something that 1940’s actress Mary Astor once wrote, which aptly summarizes the four stages of Hollywood casting: Who’s Mary Astor?  Get me Mary Astor!  Get me someone like Mary Astor.  Who’s Mary Astor?

That description applies to the situation of our current Chief Executive – 1988 – Who’s Joe Biden?  2020 – Get me Joe Biden!  2024 – Get me someone like Joe Biden.  2025 – Who’s Joe Biden.  Only Biden won’t leave willingly.

He insisted on holding a “Big Boy” news conference this week. The conference was filled with gaffes, including calling Ukranian President Zelensky “Putin;”  calling his vice-president “Trump;” and a reprise of Biden’s creepy whispering.

This was nothing new.  Before the debate the Left ignored gaffes from “good old Uncle Joe,” and denounced anyone who mentioned them.  It didn’t matter because it was all part of the show.  Biden was just playing his part.  Now they want to recast the part, so they seize on any gaffe.

The problem may be that Clooney’s word alone isn’t enough.  Maybe they need to enlist the help of other actors who have portrayed presidents.  Biden might listen to a media-type.  Steven Colbert played a president in Monsters vs. Aliens.  Maybe a business-type guy.  Mark Cuban played a president in a Sharknado movie.  Biden has claimed he grew up in black churches.  Morgan Freeman played presidents four times.  Maybe they can make use of the age issue.  Harrison Ford, 82, and Gene Hackman, 94, have both played presidents.

I’ve got it!  Jack Nicholson was the president in Mars Attacks!  He could relate to Biden, one dementia patient to another.   Better yet, let’s call in Martin Sheen.  He has all the bases covered, having portrayed fictional President Josiah Bartlet, real president JFK, and to check the insurrection box, Robert E. Lee.

Biden should be grateful that Obama and Clooney are trying to ease him out gracefully.  Clooney at least told Biden he loved him before plunging the knife into his back.  But maybe it was just a genre problem.  Perhaps, instead of a drama, Biden would prefer a musical.  Hollywood can take care of that, no problem.

Get me Patty Lupone and Mandy Patinkin, for a remake of Evita.  In that play and movie, there’s a song entitled, Goodbye and Thank You.  In it, Eva Peron and Che Guevara sing of Evita’s breakup with tango singer Augustin Magaldi, which permitted her to begin her love affair with Colonel Juan Peron.  The ballad they would sing to Joe Biden would go something like this –

No, I’m not advocating the use of mass transit.  But I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of the bus under which the Democrats are preparing to throw their 2020 savior, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden.  The worm, as they say, has turned.  Or, as Il Duce Obama’s pastor Jeremiah Wright once observed, “The chickens are coming home to roost!”

It’s looking more and more like the June 27th debate was a Democrat plan to trigger the removal of Biden from the 2024 ticket.  I’ve heard suggestions that the early debate was a stress test to permit Biden to allay concerns about his ability to continue.  I don’t buy it.  Biden’s handlers knew the shape he was in, and they purposely led him to the slaughter.  I would not be at all surprised if his medication was purposely altered or withheld to ensure his failure.

Why would a political Party do such a thing at this late date?  Necessity is the mother of conspiracy.  The Democrats have painted themselves into a corner, and desperate times call for desperate measures.

Whoever is really running the government (Obama) has decided that Old Joe isn’t up to the job and he must go.  Mind you, this conclusion wasn’t in any way motivated by the fact that Biden is senile, weak, crippled, and a threat to national security.  The motivation was more elemental.  If they can’t fool enough of the voters to get the pathetic wreck reelected, they will lose their power, and with it their ability to continue their planned destruction of the United States.

The debate was the signal to the media that it was time to expose Biden for what he is.  Calls for Biden to leave the race began immediately, and have spread to a number of elected Democrats.  You can be sure that the Dems have directed their media lapdogs to attack when The New York Times, the paper that buried the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, this week reprinted a Post story about a Parkinson’s disease specialist calling at the White House.

For his part, Biden is still in there pitching, but he’s hardly helping himself.  In a July Fourth appearance, he declared, “Ho, ho, ho, happy Independence Day.”  He later told a radio interviewer, from a station that had been supplied safe questions in advance, that he was proud to have been “the first black woman to serve with a black president.”

When George Stephanopolous asked him if he would take a cognitive test, Biden claimed that he takes one every day.  When asked if he would quit, Biden was adamant, “I’ll go if the Lord Almighty tells me to go.”  I guess it’s time to call in Il Duce Obama. I’ve heard some interesting insights from Dan Bongino, who as a Secret Service agent was on the White House detail.  Bongino advises to watch for signals from David Axelrod, James Clyburn, and Senator Mark Warner.  For Biden, the signals from those three have been anything but positive.

Axelrod, who is for all intents and purposes the public voice of Il Duce Obama, starting questioning Biden’s ability to continue on the night of the debate.  Bad news for Biden.

Mark Warner, who Bongino asserts is in the pocket of the Intelligence community, is actively trying to gather a group of Senators to go to Biden and convince him to quit.  So far, Biden is resistant.  In an interview with Joe Scarborough, Biden dared rivals to “Run against me.”  If the intelligence crowd wants him out and he doesn’t relent, well, accidents sometimes happen.

Clyburn, the South Carolina Congressman who’s influence with black voters made Biden the 2020 nominee, after he had lost in Iowa and New Hampshire, has suggested a “mini-primary” that would permit other candidates to run for the nomination before the August convention.

But Democrats have a problem.  After the 1968 Democrat Convention fiasco in Chicago, they changed the rules to ensure that the delegates would all be in place before the convention, to avoid late challenges at the convention.  Biden has all the delegates in his pocket.  But faced with Biden’s now public mental and physical deficits, Clyburn wants to change the rules a month before the convention.

An additional problem is, even if Biden is dislodged, the usual suspects on the list to succeed him are no more popular than he.  The leading suspect, Kamala Harris, is less popular than Biden, but she is the frontrunner in the race to replace Old Joe.

Passing over a black female to nominate someone else would spark a war within the Democrat Party.  Clyburn says he’s supporting Kamala.  Case closed.  Campaign funding also comes into play.   If Biden is removed before he’s officially nominated, he can’t give the $220 million donated to the Biden-Harris campaign to another candidate.

As this is written, Democrats are having closed-door meetings to discuss what to do with Joe.  They have a dilemma.  If they agree Biden is too impaired to run for president, that means he’s too impaired to be president right now.  But he won’t leave, and they’re not prepared to invoke the 25th Amendment.  I suppose they can go back to Plan A – just keep lying.

Pardon my glee at the prospect of Leftist A-holes tearing one another apart in a vain attempt to put the right Progressive maniac on the ticket so they can stay in power.  There’s not yet unanimity on the Left to throw Joe out.  Once again, the calculus isn’t that Biden is mentally competent and deserving of reelection.  It’s that he may be the only one they’ve got who can beat that epitome of evil, Donald Trump.

Witness the wisdom of that eminent political commentator, Whoopi Goldberg. “I don’t care if he’s pooped his pants.  I don’t care if he can’t put a sentence together.  Show me he can’t do the job, and then I’ll say, maybe it’s time to go.”  Clearly Whoopi has low expectations for Biden’s job description.  I’ll translate.  As long as Biden is capable of continuing to pretend to be president, she’s okay with him.

MSNBC commentator (or is it Commisar) Ali Velshi echoed the Whoopi line.  Velshi said that, whether or not Biden is mentally incompetent is “almost irrelevant” because, “the election is between any Democratic nominee and the downfall of American democracy.” “Today, our great American experiment is at risk of collapse.  Rid yourself of the notion that this is simply a race between two parties.  This is a fight to preserve our hard fought freedoms.  We have two candidates. One stands for democracy and one doesn’t.  That’s the beginning and the end of the realization that voters need to have.”

For the crazy bastards at MSNBC, if a majority of voters choose to elect Donald Trump, that’s not “democracy.”  You see, according to the the know-it-all Left, anyone who votes for Trump is too stupid to understand that he’s an existential threat.  And a threat Trump surely is.  He’s a threat to continued anarchy, lawlessness, and the Left’s plan to crash our system and replace it with a new Socialist Worker’s Paradise.
